The thing that appealed to me with Senta from the first moment was the concept of sensory marketing. In my opinion, stimulating the senses and experiencing is all that matters, both in marketing and in daily life. Since I started working with Senta, I cannot, for example, walk into a shop or a space without paying attention to the smell, the colour and the materials. Additionally, I always wonder whether the total picture really suits the brand concerned. Once you have become aware of the effects of sensory stimulants, it is very difficult to let that go again. Getting to know Senta has ensured that my senses are always tuned in.
Central at Senta is advising our clients regarding the experience of their consumers. Getting into the skin of that consumer to me is very interesting. What gets them going, which sensory stimulants do they experience? In other words, what is their world of experience? Research is important to be able to answer those questions. This research part of Senta appeals to me; particularly using the results obtained as input for the final advice, to me is a challenge. The combination of research and advice is fascinating and makes my work very inspiring!
